New Clients

As a new client, we encourage you to contact us first with your ideas or requirements so that we can help you achieve exactly what you want from your project. Irrespective of quantity, we value our reputation for being helpful and approachable. Our work is invariably unique to each client and understanding the context, helps us appreciate your objective and share design elements you should find useful.

From here, you can send us your plant list and we accept most popular digital formats such as WORD or EXCEL and database formats such as IRIS, HORTIS & BRAHMS. We also welcome hand written plant lists or botanical accession registers if you prefer.

At this point, we will work with you on your layout and content, providing samples by email or by post if required. We work with leading gardens and botanical institutions and can assist in every detail.

We include a checking service and will advise you of any suggested changes on spelling or the botanical nomenclature. Where additional work is required such as inserting family, origin or accession information, we undertake this free of charge. We make a small charge for additional research such as common name variations, descriptions for medicinal related plants and fruit tree histories as an example.

Collection Clients

As a collection client, the layouts and templates will have been already agreed and plant lists can be sent in for engraving at any time.

During 2024, we will be developing a private newsletter for our collection clients intended on botanical and labelling matters along with offers from time to time.
