We design and manufacture our own range of label and plaque holders which are proven and exported to gardens throughout the world. In addition to plant labelling, our stems are used for other uses such as museums, art galleries and even for ice cream flavours . As makers, we have the advantage of providing an assured supply together with a bespoke design and engineering service for small run projects.
Sheen
Our original ‘duty’ stem designed in the 1980’s at our first premises in East Sheen. Made from zinc galvanised steel and black powder-coated for durability.

Haslemere
This is our most popular stem, conceived in the 1990’s when we moved to Haslemere. With an elegant pencil shaft from aircraft grade aluminium and black powder-coated for a discreet presence.

Ballinluig
Ballinluig is an improved one-piece design, developed for a Scottish client. Labels are pre-attached in the workshop using special aluminium rivets and mounted on a stainless steel stem and backplate then powder coated in black. This design is secure and tough.
A replace and renew service is available.
75 x100mm - 400mm stem length
Milford
Milford was designed in collaboration with our client who required a simple yet secure labelling system that was interchangeable. Labels are attached via discreet stainless steel security screws in black. This heavy duty design is intended for specimen labelling and plaques but applicable to many other uses.
Available in 4mm mild and stainless steel formats with a full label backplate either coloured or uncoated.

75 x100mm - 400mm stem length
100x150mm - 400mm stem length
150x200mm - 400mm stem length
All sizes come with a hole at the bottom of the stem in case an anchor boot is required for further security such as in public realm areas.
DAR
Our DAR stem was designed in collaboration with David Austin Roses Ltd for their display gardens at Albrighton.
Available in powder coated steel.
Label fixing options include security screws and adhesive.
Either black aluminium or laminate labels can be used.
An important feature is the easy and secure insertion method by an integrated footplate for stem heights of .75m, 1m and 1.25m.
